Instant Messages over AOL, CompuServe and the Internet

So you want to communicate with AOL, CompuServe and/or Internet users? America Online's popular Instant Message (IM) feature is now accessible from many different computer platforms and networks. With Instant Messenger, you can send private messages instantly to any AOL and CompuServe user and also to any Internet user with the Instant Messenger software. Instant Messenger's "Buddy List" allows you to store a list of your friends who are also using IM. The Instant Messenger will then update this list in real-time so you can see who's online and ready to chat while you're online.
