I was going to create it!
"Hi, I was just thinking that it would be a great idea to develop this plugin when you are designing in a Perl aware environment. HTML::Template is the best template that can exist. I can design the HTML with HTML Kit and then add the template's variables that are going to be replaced by a Perl Script invoquing HTML::Template. It si so simple! HTML::Template has a good tutorial at SourceForge!"- chanio
