Displays a floating chart for visually selecting character entities.

Features:

  • Displays HTML character entity sets in a floating window,
     
  • Movable window that stays on top while editing,
     
  • Displays the HTML entity and the description while hovering over characters, and
     
  • Remembers the position of the window and the selected category between sessions.

Notes:

  • When running on Windows 9x, version 0.90 requires an Unicode-enabled font (such as "Lucida Sans Unicode"). No additional fonts are required when running on Windows 2000/XP+.

How do I install gmEntityCharts?

  • Download the "gmEntityCharts" plugin and save it to a folder of your choice (for example, c:\webfiles\). It's not necessary to manually extract the *.zip file, HTML-Kit will expand it to the proper folder during the installation.
     
  • Install Plugin
    Select "Install | Install Plugin" from HTML-Kit's "Tools" menu. Point to the downloaded *.zip file and click "Open."
     
  • If any additional prompts appear, follow them to complete the installation.
